The Direct2Florist email received today stated that the flowers I ordered were delivered the 2nd February (today???s date), when in fact they were delivered on the 1st February (yesterday), which was the date I had requested. I would have appreciated notification that the flowers had been delivered, as I spent most of yesterday wondering if they had! The recipient was also unaware that flowers had been delivered and it was only later when taking receipt of another delivery, that it was discovered the flowers had been delivered. The recipient was able to confirm that the flowers were lovely and in accordance with what I had ordered. Thank You.

100% would buy from here again!! The florist listened to my requests and the flowers were even better in person. My mum loves Christmas and I asked for them to add some baubles. My mum adored them! 10/10 recommended!! Thank you so much ??????

I thought the picture of the roses in the vase looked lovely on your website but I have to say when the gift arrived it was absolutely fantastic. The picture doesn???t do it justice and the way the package arrived in a beautifully presented bag and wrapping I could not be happier. The flowers were quality and excellently arranged. Sadly the flowers were delivered to the billing address not the person they were gifted to. Luckily my neighbour noticed otherwise I wouldn???t have know. My husband then had to deliver them to the correct delivery address, I phoned the florist directly informing her of the mistake, she offered to do another bouquet snd deliver it on her way home. I thought this was a good service and she apologised. However my husband had already taken them to the correct address so she didn???t need to.

The quality and presentation of the flowers was absolutely first class. My wife was so pleased with the roses. My only observation, acknowledging that everyone would want this is, that it would be nice to receive Valentine's Day flowers early morning. They arrived about midday......so I found myself blagging that something else was arriving, I just didn't know when!!

I ordered on a Sunday before a bank holiday hoping for an early Tuesday delivery of some thank you flowers on local florists website. Earliest available was Wednesday. Wednesday morning got an email and text message that there was a problem and my flower order couldn't be fulfilled by the Local florist, but direct 2 flowers would see if another florist would pick up the order... Thursday got confirmation that someone else would fulfil. Emailed to confirm they had been delivered Friday after I chased for an update. Glad they weren't birthday or anniversary flowers as they were days later than hoped for. Communication ok but system of who fulfils is rubbish. If I see another florist using this site, I will pick another to place my order with.

As Hopmarket stood in to cover for my local florist who was unable to do the order, it was completed to my satisfaction and would use them again. It would have been better with a morning delivery with a time notification via text but I realise that is not possible in every case for such a busy day.

The flowers from Hopmarket Flowers were some of the best that I have seen. Good arrangement, lovely flowers, good delivery service and at a very reasonable price. My Wife loved them. I will order more flowers from Hopmarket Flowers in the future, very pleased.
