Ordered online for my daughter and had supplied incorrect address.. received emails to notify of attempted delivery but no recipient at address I had given. Following email and telephone call from my daughter florist re-delivered at no extra charge. Flowers were lovely and service was excellent, will not hesitate to use again. Thank you

I'm incredibly pleased with the delivery to our daughter. We live in France and could not be with her on her birthday and very much appreciated your delivering to her before she went off for a spa day which we had arranged for her. These flowers were left for florist to choose as was for a very sad & traumatic occasion. Excellent service from Louise James Florist. They kindly got in touch with me before sending my order as I had inadvertently ordered flowers for a birthday from their sympathy collection. Thank you for your service at such short notice, during the height of Christmas and in such challenging times. When Tier 4 was announced, our Christmas family gathering was cancelled so, we ordered flowers to be sent to our parents to help provide some festive cheer and keep their spirits up. I have received a photo of the flowers sent from the recipient and while I appreciate that the flowers pictured and I ordered can not be guaranteed due to availability,.I was a little disappointed to see they were a.little dull and not the bright and cheery bunch I ordered. Also the bunch looked quite small for the medium size.
