I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.

I can only go by the florist I chose local to me. However it shows the very high calibre of florists. Site great to use and it’s goodbye to others that I have used in the past and hello to this site. I’m very ‘fussy’ and they surpassed my expectations in every aspect of my purchases
