As a last minute order I rate the efficiency it was delivered. My mother in law said these are one of the best flowers she???s received from us. Lots of wonderful comments how beautiful the tulips were. Only gripe was that despite being in the next town it was considered out of area and an extra ??3 on top of delivery charged. I find the website easy to negotiate and there is a decent choice of florists. The florist I opted for was at liberty to use whatever flowers they chose (I think it isn't fair to ask for certain flowers in February in the UK) and the recipient was delighted with their choice. The order was placed in line by myself for next day delivery. However, at first thing the next morning i recieved a phone call explainging that that particular arrangement needs a good while to arrange with spcial items required. I live in the US and ordered flowers to be delivered to a UK address and was impressed with 1) how easy it was to place an online order, 2) tracking updates were accurate and 3) the flowers received were beautiful. The only thing I would do differently is call next time because the online picture showed a variation of Tulip colours and what was sent was pink and yellow...it may just be all that was available, so had I called I could’ve confirmed the colour of Tulips that would be sent. It was still a lovely bouquet :) Thank You!

I cannot give Reebees a high enough rating. I live in China and comms are not easy. I have used Reebees on several occasions to send flowers to my Mum, at home and in hospital, when I also asked for a smiley balloon. The flowers have always been beautiful and of top quality. The smiley balloon was sourced and delivered on the same day as the order was placed. My last minute Mother’s Day order was placed and delivered on Mothering Sunday. What more can I say?

The flowers were absolutely wonderful. The chocolates did not arrive as ordered, however after I sent an email they were delivered along with a plant and an apology, this was truly appreciated. I more than understand that mistakes happen and I believe the way in which a business/person handles them afterwards is a great measurement of customer service.
