Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend whose father had passed on 21/06/24 and was especially impressed with the flower arrangements and also with the speed of the same day delivery. It is the first time that I have used this kind of service and this florist and I will use them again and again if the needs arise. They made me proud and made my friend feel loved at the gesture. Absolutely Fraud florist. They charged me £60 for an exotic picture of a bouquet but they delivered a rubbish cheap bouquet worth £30 , which looked nothing like the picture that had been shown on the site. And when I complained they refused to refund any part of the money. Absolutely disgusting. Dishonest people. They are thieves…… don’t shop from them.

It is easy to book delivery of flowers with this website. Unfortunately the local florist didn't have the item I chose but they emailed me straight away to suggest an alternative. The flowers were delivered on time and looked very nice.

The flowers were nice. More greenery than actual flowers. Also I had put " to my beautiful amazing strong mum" and the word beautiful was missing. I was a little disappointed. But they had the desired effect and my mum was very happy with them. More attention to the personal message would be better for future.

I ordered the flowers at 11 and they were delivered to my mum by 1.45. I haven't seen the flowers but my mum was over the moon & described them to me. They sounded beautiful & well chosen & good value too. Sometimes when I've ordered delivery flowers they are packed with cheap chrysanths & not much else! These were a lovely quality bouquet.
