Used the florist on numerous occasions with it being very local to my area!!! Using direct to florist for the first time proved to be an easy experience. The flowers were very beautiful ,and delivered on the day requested. My only negative would be that the colours differed from the bouquet shown. I suspect the florist just did not have those colours on the day I ordered.

The flowers were for my daughter who was poorly and just out of hospital. They were beautiful but the were delivered to the wrong address. I definitely put the correct address on and I’ve rechecked since. She had to get dressed and go retrieve them so not ideal.

I unfortunately had the wrong address for my friend who I was sending the flowers to. But the difference between an Ave and a Way can mean chaos for the delivery people. The florist delivery person however did not give up and was eventually able to deliver the beautiful flowers to my friend .

Bought a lovely bouquet for my mum, she had on had them 5-6 days when they had died (she knows what she is doing with them). My mum called them and was assured they would call myself to make amends, three days later and still no word. I ordered online on behalf of family overseas for my mums 60th and made a special request for some native flowers where possible as part of the tropical bouquet option. Unfortunately the arrangement which i ordered was not the one I received. The basket which the flowers were delivered in looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. A very cheap alternative was used instead of the one in the picture, and the arrangement itself was really not worth the money that was paid. I definitely won't be using this company again.

I received an email saying flowers had been delivered. However they had not been delivered to family member and not to the address specified.
