The florist rang me to confirm if it was OK to add some additional colour to the flowers as he was running low on stock on the white which I thought was v good customer service. Ordered same day as I needed same day for an anniversary, the local florist was closed. Got a missed call from an unrecognised number, this was d2f ringing to say there was a problem, I didn’t realise this as they didn’t leave a message. They emailed me also. I didn’t reply until 6pm as I didn’t pick the message up till 6pm, was travelling back expecting the flowers to be on the doorstep. It was too late, I mailed them again after 10am following day, the chap rang me and apologised but it was too late. He said orders Kalimdor mine usually take 2 days to which I pointed out that their site stated same day and nothing when I was ordering said anything to the contrary. Flowers came later that day, were nice and appreciated by the missus but d2f didn’t fulfil their Obligation or offer any kind of refund for failing to deliver on time.

Once again Estelles prove to be one of the best florists around. I think it's 6 times now I have ordered flowers from here and my other half has ordered twice from them and every bunch we have had, all tailored to our specific requests, have been absolutely lovely.
