Review of Direct2florist. This company were very pleasant to deal with. Excellent website and clear explanation of how they work with florists. Efficient and fairly priced. I know that there is a stock photo of each flower arrangement to view on line, but I would like if it were possible to see a photo of the actual bouquet when ready for delivery. It’s very hard to gauge size etc without an image . I couldn’t decide if this arrangement was enough or needed to be enhanced. However, I can see that this would be up to the individual florist.

I ordered some flowers for a friend in another area and entered her post code bringing up a list of shops that we were able to do same delivery. I looked through the first 3-4 but they were either expensive or not to her taste. I found a shop with a great name, relevant to us, chose her flowers, paid, job done, except that later on when the flowers were delivered, I noticed they came from the first shop, When I enquired I was told that it had been changed because my chosen shop didn’t deliver in that area. I asked, but received no reply, as to why the order was accepted - it should only give you options to order from shops that can fulfill that post code surely? And once it had gone through and been picked up, I should at least have been given the opportunity to select what I wanted to swap it to. The flowers my friend received were lovely, but not what I was expecting, which would put me off ordering again.

Fantastic customer service, although having received the incorrect address for the recipient, a phone call was made by the florist and soon the recipient received their flowers after a second attempted delivery.
