Purchased funeral flowers , from this florist. They were delivered on time and they were a beautiful posy of flowers. I contacted the company of the morning of the funeral to check delivery time . As always the skilled professionals at this florist have done me proud, the recipient was overwhelmed and overjoyed with the floral present she received today, therefore, once again I can???t the florist and the team at The Greenhouse enough. They are my go to florist every time 100%, ?????????????????????????????? all the way. If you live in the Stourbridge area and surrounding villages, these must be your first point of contact.

Yet again and unsurprisingly the wonderful people at The Greenhouse have not let me down. The arrangement of flowers I ordered were absolutely beautiful, perfect, fresh and a colourful combination which were greatly appreciated by the recipient. These are my "go,to" florist of choice each and every time I want to send flowers to someone I care about because I know they never let me down. I cannot recommend this business enough ??????????????????????????????

Arrangement sent was nothing like the one ordered and certainly not worth the price paid. They never replied to Direct 2 Florist when I complained so I had to chase. They offered a partial refund which 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for and yes, I've had to chase.

placed an order yesterday for some flowers which I picked especially because of the colours and sunflower etc. However I've just seen a picture of them and although they are a pretty bunch, they look nothing like the ones I ordered. I am really unhappy about this as it was a very special birthday and I picked the bunch to match the personality. Besides I think it is really bad service to not deliver what had been ordered without an explanation or prior notification.
