2nd time I've use these for funeral flowers and both time service as been amazing lovely flowers and delivered on time even had a call to see what time the funeral at so they can it it to me on time and the flowers was only ordered the day before and was delivered next day as I requested thank you for an amazing service.

Ordered last Friday for a funeral on Monday. Received an email on the morning to say they had been delivered to the funeral home as requested. To be honest I didn't even expect any flowers to be delivered seeing as it was a Sunday and I'd left it until the last moment but not only did they deliver beautiful flowers, they were handed off politely (not dumped at he door). I requested a set of flowers for romance and love with Lilies as the main flowers. The delivery was on time and the girl was in tears and in shock at how beautiful the flowers were. I was also shocked, I didn???t expect it to look so grand and majestic. I can???t praise this florist enough. Other People that saw it were making comments about it and asking for the recommendation. The flowers I chose sadly were unavailable, however as explained in the details suitable alternatives were used. All flowers were beautifully presented these flowers were as part of funeral arrangements for a close family friend. Despite the funeral being the next day, the flowers were , as promised were delivered in a timely fashion.

I was a little worried due to the nonsense around the world but thought I would try. The is the second time I have used this service and this time I honed in on a florist near the delivery address. The service was very prompt. Very impressed. The gentleman from the florist called me the very next day to confirm that he tried to deliver the bouquet I'd ordered but was unsuccessful. The bouquet was purchased as a birthday gift for a long time friend who later said she always used the florist herself. When I spoke to my work colleague to say how prompt the florist, it transpires that the staff member knew the florist as they are personal friends of hers. I will use the florist again as they were very professional and couldn't do enough to help. NB: My friend who received the flowers said how lovely the bouquet was.
