Amazing!! The flowers are stunning and it's a huge piece. We bought them for our mum and she really loves them. Lulu's flowers were incredibly helpful, I called them beforehand to ask if it would be possible to change the container and they were very accommodating. They also delivered very quickly, I wasn't sure if they would be able to deliver same day due to covid but they absolutely came through. The flowers are also really healthy and vibrant looking, five stars from us!!!

I was somewhat apprehensive but your location seemed close to where I wanted to send the flowers. The recipient enjoyed them very much and sent me a picture. She was totally surprised and you delivered them in the critical time window. So, all went well. My question to you is that I think these were genetically produced roses. Do you sell any roses that have their natural scent? She indicated to me that the roses that she received had no scent. Thanks. Job well done.

Absolutely non existent customer service. Wasn’t informed about any changes never mind a complete change of order. Over 40£ spent on something I would never choose myself. Shouldn’t advertise the arrangement if it’s not available. Sorry but a complete waste of time and money, won’t ever order again. Never had any problems with other companies I ordered in the past. Disappointing!
