The bouquet which was made was absolutely beautiful and the delivery was great and surprisingly expectations were definitely met. I made the order at around 10am on a bank holiday and it was delivered by 12pm the same day, all done through online and after had confirmed over the phone with lady in the store. She was really helpful and I very much appreciate it. So thank you again!!

I found a bouquet online which was suitable for the occasion as it matched the recipients colour scheme. I ordered & paid for it online & was given the order number & confirmation that it would be delivered next day which is what I wanted. However the next morning I received & text message & an email stating that they didn’t do the colour that I wanted so I had to change it to whatever they had that was similar. I was a bit disappointed as I only chose it online for specifically the colour & the picture was just what I was looking for. Although this wasn’t exactly what I wanted I still went ahead with the order as time was of the essence & the flowers were very nice when delivered but just not what I had chosen on the website.

Positives: the website was easy to navigate and purchase straightforward. I booked flowers to arrive same day on a Saturday (pre-Mother's day) and supplied a message for the card. My booking was made well within the timescales detailed on website for same-day delivery and was not cheap, at almost £70 for a basic seasonal bouquet. Flowers did not arrive. I chased, no response. The flowers finally arrived the following day, with a message in the card that now made no sense. No apology or explanation from Direct2florist, won't be using again and would advise anyone needing a reliable service to avoid.

I am happy about the service but.. I paid the flowers with my card and at the delivery the person who received the gift had to pay as well. The driver didn't know I already did and eventually he came back and apologised. It s not the best if u do a gift and the person who receives it knows how much you paid.
