Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Pixie Lillies for arranging the beautiful flower arrangement for my Auntie. Having suffered a recent family bereavement, I had to contact the florist to delay delivery. I dealt directly with Mandy who was very compassionate, caring and helpful. The flowers themselves are beautifully arranged and according to my Auntie smell delightful. I will definetely not order with direct2 florist again. I ordered a bouquet in one colour, yet mixture of colours was put in my bunch. On top of that, there were different type pf flowers too (it included flowers that i would never want in my bunch). Basically completely different bouquet. Giving 2 stars not 1 as customer service reacted quickly to my complaint and processed partial refund however not with completely satisfying value.

I specifically ordered flowers with pink and purple colours as pictured in your online shop as they are the favourite colours of my friend I was sending them to. I was not sent a picture of my purchase so asked my friend to do so after she got them. I was very disappointed that she had received a bunch of mostly red, white&green flowers. I sent an email of complaint, received a short apology+a €10 refund as a gesture of goodwill. It will affect my future decision to use your company or recommend it to others. When sending someone flowers using an online service one is totally dependent on the choice&integrity of the florist and does not have the option of returning the goods if unhappy with what is delivered.

I needed three wreaths for a funeral and due to covid restrictions i had to order online. The website for Direct2florist was easy to use With a lot of choices and good prices. Lady making the delivery to my mother (82 and needs stick-support to walk) explained that the pot of flowers was quite heavy and she was concerned about manageability, so took them in and placed them. That's a little above and beyond what I would expect. Well done.

This service is absolutely excellent! I ordered from Canada and Pixie Lillie’s website made the process extremely easy for me to follow. I only had to enter the recipient’s surname, city and postal code and their complete street address was displayed correctly. I was very impressed with the service. My initial florist was unable to complete the order for delivery the same day & rang me to advise they would pass the order back to head office who arranged for a florist in Wrexham to deliver on the same day. Most impressed! I will use these services again.

. It was a beautiful, Christmas arrangement with a wide selection of flowers in different hues of red and green and white, a cinnamon stick and a gold lined tartan bow, all in a wooden basket with a handle for ease of carrying to its location and open enough design for ease of watering. Thank you.

On many occasions I have had flowers delivered to my family in the UK. My sister called upon receiving the floral arrangement. She said "They are the nicest flowers she has ever received. Flowers are really fresh, and the arrangement and package are beautiful!!" I will definitely use your company again. The flowers I ordered were delivered the next morning in UK, and it would have been late evening the prior day when I ordered them. I would recommend people use Pixie Lillies to order their flowers.
