Flowers were excellent and delivery on time but the delivery totally ignored the delivery instructions. Instead of delivering them as instructed to the outer door which my elderly mum can open, they were delivered inside the retirement complex, to a heavy door my mum can???t open without help. All this was explained when I ordered.

Ordering was super easy, and quick. I am in the United States and 5 hour behind the UK, ordering for the next day and by the time I woke up the next morning the flowers were delivered to my mom. I never write reviews but the service and flower arrangement were SO good, I thought I had to! Ordered same day delivery. Purchased online in the morning and the flowers were delivered by afternoon. The arrangement was very similar to the photo provided so was very pleased about that. Really beautiful and tastefully done. The note was handwritten which was a nice touch. Great value for money compared to quite a few other websites I looked at. Overall was a straightforward and pleasing experience. The recipient loved them. Thanks so much!

My order was a large pink arrangement in a large tea cup. what was sent as a white teapot with a purple arrangement of what look like flowers past their best! if this arrangement last more than 2 days I will be surprised! Ugly teapot nothing like <br/>my request! I am disgusted with what was sent.
