amazing flowers and service once again they can be relied upon to get the flowers to the delivery address when stated I have been using the same florist for a few years now never personally been there only ever seen the end result amazing cant recommend them enough .

Ordering flowers online from flowers from Flowers by Design in Pontypridd, was very easy and efficient, plenty of photos showing the different flowers on offer made it easy to chose the one I wanted to order, plenty of room to write what I wanted, and the prices were competitive to. the best bit is my dear friend got their flowers within an hour of ordering and sent me a photo, and it made their day. I couldn't have asked for more, splendid service highly recommended.????

Chose a gorgeous box hat arrangement for friends 50th. Wanted something special as she’s having a tough time. She sent me a pic saying thanks and I was shocked. Absolutely nothing like the pic online. No hot box/hardly any flowers/no shrubbery/colours completely different too. (I appreciate some flowers may be out of season but I think pink roses r pretty much in season all year no?) I took a side by side pic, I asked a friend... all agreed what was delivered was awful! I emailed the florist and have heard nothing back. The arrangement was £50 so not cheap. Thought going locally vs inter flora would be better but sorely disappointed here. Not recommended!

Whilst I appreciate your policy of changing some flowers due to seasonal demand, you sent a completely different colour scheme to what I ordered. <br/>I asked for the "Reach for the sky " bouquet in bright bold colours and my recipient rec'd cream,peach, berries and white!!! They were happy but I think if you are going to change the colours so drastically you should inform the buyer to accept beforehand.
