Sadly they were unable to be delivered same day but the florist called straight away and explained why and if I wanted a refund, I understood the challenge of it so was happy to wait, they arrived the next day and were even more beautiful than expected. The birthday girl was over the moon and said they were stunning. Created and delivered with care.

Very simple to order and my family in the UK received the flowers and chocolates the same day! My only comment is that as my family are recently bereaved I did not want to ask them for a photo or feedback on the flowers . Also, there was no guarantee the flowers would be the exact ones ordered, which is absolutely fine, but a photo from the shop would have been great to give me some idea of what was chosen. Cost without seeing the size of the bunch of the flowers seemed very reasonable.

Beautiful bouquet however I requested morning delivery and had to ring up mid afternoon to chase was advised they made an error and thought was afternoon delivery. Apology provided and then flowers sent within an hour just wish I didn't have to ring up to check on the order. Bouquet bigger than inter flora and quality flowers so would give the benefit of the doubt and use again.
