Excellent service from start to of <br />My purchase online to the flower delivery. The quality of the flowers were exceptional, fresh and arranged beautifully, far superior to any other online flower and gift services I used or received from. <br /><br />I used the same day service, which included a card and flowers but I could have added other items if I wished. Pricing was competitive with other providers but what I really like was that the flower came from s local florist, supporting local businesses. I will definitely be using this company again.

I found hearts and flowers quickly online yesterday evening , I wanted somewhere local to my sister's house. Lovely flowers. A bit on the pricey side but hard to tell when ordering online as you can't see the actual size of the bunch. Half of them died within a week so £50 felt rather expensive in the end. A little disappointed and embarrassing when you've bought them for someone else

Had beautiful flowers delivered to my MIL for Mother???s Day, today is the 19th March and they are still as beautiful as the day they were delivered. She is so very happy. Last minute delivery + not for a happy occasion. Sometimes just beautiful flowers says it all . These guys got it down to a very reliable fine art. How amazing that we are in the middle of a pandemic + can't see our loved ones or be there for them in person in their time of need yet , flowers can still arrive as if it was just another day !!!!!!! Failed to deliver flowers within a specific 6 hour time slot that I had emailed and arranged with them weeks before, this was the main reason I went with this florist. Flower selection was poor and quality/freshness was sub standard for the price. I have used other florists in the past and will go back with them. Very dissapointed and won't be returning.

It was easy to order from here in New Zealand and the confirmation about delivery was great. The only improvement I can suggest would be providing the sender with a picture of the product with the confirmation email. Just a quick snap on the phone would be fine!
