Everything ordered was carried out to my wishes. The flowers were delivered at a convenient time and having seen a photograph of them, they looked lovely. Excellent service as always to my regular recipients.

Years ago, I used to send flowers to my mother and sister in the UK through "Interflora." This was before the internet was invented. It all went smoothly using a little flower shop in Cardiff. Now I am bombarded with emails from you, why do you insist on making a simple process so complicated.

Ordered flowers and teddy online at around 11:16am. They were delivered before 2pm same day. Stunning fresh flowers in a basket. The teddy a lovely size. Had the smallest of choice of three big enough to cuddle. The online service was easy to used. Payment secure. Had to give them a quick phone call as forgot something. The lady was caring, friendly. a wonderful professional service. Start to finish. Knowing my daughter smiled on them arriving is priceless. Thank you Bridgend Townsend . Your simply the best.

My main reason for downgrading the whole experience one star is because when I had a choice between two florists, although one was significantly nearer, the one further away appealed to me more. I was disappointed when another florist had been asked to take over the order without my say so. I realise arrangements are not easy but I wonder what the reasoning behind it was. The flowers were Ok, rather a mass of yellow chrysanthemums than an orangey colour but I gather the florist had difficulty in finding the house and came back a second time, so they did take trouble.

The recipient tells us the flowers were fresh and nicely arranged. Our only criticism is that all the arrangements were pale and bland....would have preferred a bit of colour and brightness...vibrant..sunflowers e.g. bright pinks, oranges
