Amazing service and amazing flowers they were perfect in every sense of the word as they were for my aunts grave for her birthday the care and flowers themselves were just perfect i wish I could upload photos they really are stunning and well worth the price Thankyou very much precious petals I shall only buy from you for flowers in bridgend also they deliver which is amazing as I live in leicestershire so it's nice to know that delivery can be arranged and the flowers are true to the title and description thankyou once again for your time of arranging and making sure there perfect and for delivering them many thanks kate

Fantastic service - easy to navigate website and easy to order, the flowers were delivered the same day by a friendly delivery driver with the card neatly handwritten. The flowers were beautiful, looked fresh and were beautifully arranged and presented. This is the third time I have used Prescious Petals and I will continue to use them. The flowers were absolutely beautiful but I can't give a five star because I went to the florist to ask them to deliver as late as possible as my partner works nights but instead they were delivered early in the morning, waking her but when she got to the door, they driver had had left but posted a card saying that the flowers are in the children's play shed in the garden so she had to crawl in to get them.<br />The flowers again were very beautiful but the excitement of having some delivered to her while I was in work was definitely lost.

Ordered 2 sets of Flowers for delivery just over a day before from out of country. I had a little trouble setting up time for delivery on the order form so I sent an email. Customer Service was great and replied right away with confirmation of delivery time. Slight issue with card, but they were very quick to answer email and rectify right away. Flowers were beautiful and customer service was great. Would use them again and highly recommend!

I live in London but regularly send flowers for an elderly relative to put on my parents grave in South Wales. I recently used a local florist via this website. The flowers were for my step mothers birthday which was the day of Storm Eunice. A delightful and very helpful florist rang me to advise of the red warning and ask if I minded if the flowers were delivered early. She was also very helpful when I asked if in the future I might need to have flowers delivered directly to the grave. It really put my mind at ease.
