I ordered flower online, they were delivered the same day, I haven't seen them because they were for a friend but I have ordered from here before and the flowers were beautiful. I forgot to put on the card who the flowers were from when I realized and was wondering what to do then I received a phone call from a lovely lady from flower angels asking me if she could tell my friend who the flowers were from. The lady was absolutely lovely and friendly, I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying/ordering from this shop again, if I could give 10 stars I would ????

I booked the ???Good vibes??? bouquet whilst abroad for a friend that had just had last minute major surgery. On checking on delivery via messenger I even received a reply out of working hours! I found this florist on Google when I needed to send some flowers to my mother in Sunderland. Living in Sydney Australia we had to deal with currency exchange rates , credit card rates etc. Direct2florist web site was easy to navigate and the images were clear. Most of all the prices were reasonable compared to others. The service was excellent and we were notified when the arrangements arrived. I have used this florist twice now and wouldn't hesitate to use it again in the future.

Flower Angels prepared a beautiful arrangement for our parents' Diamond Wedding Anniversary & were able to use the flowers we'd specially requested; we would definitely order from this florist again. We only gave 4 stars due to poor communications; we didn't get a reply to our request to use specific flowers submitted with the order 11 days prior to delivery and we got an email notifying us of delivery 6 days after they were delivered. More timely communications should be possible with modern day electronic communication channels.

Whilst the experience with Direct 2 Florist was positive, we found that the florist we dealt with wasn't entirely positive. The flowers themselves didn't particularly resemble what we had ordered. Our "New Day" bouquet, ironically, arrived in a black pot, ready for a funeral. Unfortunately, this wasn't quite the occasion!

This is the third time I've used direct2florist and in particular Fleur de Lu florist. My mam telephoned me in New Zealand on the morning the flowers were due to arrive which was completey unplanned. I got to hear the doorbell ringing and the flowers being delivered.
