Would love to see new arrangements as new ideas ie themed flowers ie Cinderella, and Nightmare Before Christmas, THESE are just random ideas to explain what I mean!! I received a call to say due to the holiday for the queen's funeral, the delivery of fresh flowers was arriving a day later than usual and would I mind delaying the date I had booked for delivery by one day so they could ensure the freshest flowers which I said was fine and wow did they deliver, absolutely stunning bouquet and would definitely buy from here again. Wow ! I am 100% satisfied with the service, the product and the delivery time. Hi, from beginning to end, these florists were extremely professional and efficient. I placed my order and within couple of hours or so was delivered, informing me of progress of order at each step. Flowers were for my daughter, who immediately told me, they were the best and most beautiful flowers she had ever had and they sure did 'Bring a Smile'. She loved the butterfly too. Fabulous flowers, very quick to prepare and deliver. I love how you use pictures of the actual presentation as it feels much more personal, especially when sending something remotely. My only piece of feedback is please can you make sure you check the spelling of the names of the recipients on the card as this small detail can take the edge off an emotional gift :(
