I am so impressed with The Floral Touch in Bath. Despite having been given incorrect delivery and contact details, they persevered and successfully delivered a beautiful bunch of flowers to the new address even though it was out of their delivery area. Having belonged to a couple of small relay organisations previously I was wary of joining another as I dislike being told what to do and how to do it. I didn't need to worry because Direct2florist are never prescriptive, only supportive. They provide all the back up you could need, producing brochures, design ideas, web support and tireless phone help sorting out any issues for customers. If anyone wants an efficient supportive relay organisation then Direct2florist is the best I've ever encountered.
