The service was good, but the value of the flowers was not worth the money, i left very disappointed with the bouquet left with my partner . To charge £50+ for a bouquet that is no more than £25 is awful

Needed a same day delivery for a forgotten occassion at the other end of the country. Beautiful flowers delivered by Elsa Brown in Surbiton. Service was lovely from start to finish and flowers arrived exactly as pictured. Delivery charge online was automatically set at £10 but for local delivery should have been £5 or under depending on distance, so I rang to order directly. Other than that, really pleased, and this florist will definitely be my go-to florist from now on.

Sheila was amazing, I was very emotional trying to arrange funeral flowers for our great niece. I had no idea what flowers to pick, only what colours I wanted. Top class service in every respect. The lady we dealt with, Sheila, was exceptional. Having ordered our flowers for the funeral which was in two days from ordering we realised at 11pm that evening that the funeral was the following day not the day after that. When we called her in a panic saying we had the date wrong & the funeral was in 5hrs she said not to worry & that she would be straight on it & the flowers would be there on time. Bearing in mind that this is in the Covid 19 pandemic & she is already working far harder than normal her handling of our situation was above & beyond:.

The whole Elsa Brown team has been exceptional in helping with my father's funeral flower arrangements. Shiela was very accommodating and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Wonderful service from Elsa Brown and the team. I particularly love the fact that they send you a photograph of the actual flower arrangement they send out rather than a generic one off the website, I came in and asked them to make a delivery of a flower arrangement for a bereavement. Once delivered I received an email confirmation that is was safely delivered and a photo of the arrangement to go with it. Price was very reasonable too!

My sister enjoyed her flowers but when I saw it, I was just slightly disappointed, as the on-line picture had made it look like a circular centrepiece but its shape was more elongated. It had not seemed quite as full and cheerful, as I had anticipated but that may be because I selected the standard priced one. Nevertheless, it looked fine on her fireplace, where she placed it and the quality and promptness of delivery was still excellent. Thank you and enjoy your Christmas.
