Ordered over the phone, great service. I did the one day service and choose the handpick by the florist service. It would have been nice to have had a picture sent of what was delivered but that aside the service was very good.

Excellent service with the flowers and Easter chocolates delivered as requested on due date. The flower arrangement was beautiful and the chocolates excellent quality and much appreciated. The flowers from the picture I was sent by the recipient looked fresh and beautiful It was delivered promptly on the day 1was told it would be delivered Pleased with the service. Great service. They were asked near the delivery date to hold off for a few days & they did. Appreciated the delivery notice. Just wish the flowers would have either been the colors I asked for or atleast what the online picture looked like.

Beyond excellent flowers, customer service and delivery. Flowers were amazing and roses and lilies were huge. I bought two separate deliveries for two family members in memorial of my late daughter Liliana Rose???s birthday to be delivered to two different places in Surrey. My parents and sister who received the two separate deliveries at their houses said each delivery filled three vases. I have seen photos and they look amazing. Would thoroughly recommend this florist.

This was my 4th time to use your service, but not as great as my first 3 tries :-(. I didn't find out until almost the end of the day that there were no flowers available to deliver my surprise bouquet. My request for a delivery first thing the next day wasn't honoured. You finally delivered,thank you, so will definitely use the service again. My suggestion would be: please request another florist in your network to deliver if the flowers are not available in my chosen florist.

Dennis was a pleasure to liaise with for what was a last minute requirement. Dennis was able to turn the requirement around within the required time frame and supplied a beautiful display of flowers for my mother's funeral. My original order was for Christmas flowers to be delivered on the weekend before, but I had to delay delivery and then change the style of flowers due to the family suffering a bereavement in USA.
