Quite clearly the order was for the 10th January delivery and only delivered today the 11th. Awful service would not use again.

They have never let me down, the pictures of the flowers you choose, the florists follow to a tee. I did tell them once that there websites were too busy and confusing but I recently sent a few days ago and was impressed how much simpler the website appeared to be. Also when a repeat customer comes through, the automation comes up with your addresses if used before so saves lots of time. Yes they are a very good, honest company to deal with

Wonderful service ??? used Direct2Florist once just before Christmas when thought there???d be no chance of getting flowers to friend who???d been hit by Covid. Used agai, as impressed the first time .., and impressed again! Beautiful bouquet in a vase (because son???s girlfriend living in Airbnb at the mo and didn???t know if flat had one) ???.. such a great idea from this florist!

I had forgotten a birthday, and, late morning tried various outlets for same day delivery. I soon realised that there was no chance, with the majority giving 2-3 days delivery time. Direct2 promised next day, so I ordered. Only having one, not very good, online ordering of flowers before, I had my fingers well and truly crossed. No need. Next day, my soon to be daughter-in-law, sent me a picture of a beautiful bouquet. She was delighted. Thank you.

florist not able to complete the initial order, they did contact to say they don't do the style i chose, but will send a bunch of flowers to the equvelent cost, not perfect, and it was a little to late to chance florist. but the flowers received were (I'm told ) very nice.

I was a little disappointed but understand that flowers are much about personal choice and that may be the problem. The flowers were fresh, beautifully wrapped and delivered promptly but I???d requested vibrant colours and natural looking which I think had possibly been overlooked. Nevertheless they were gratefully received by my friend!
