The flowers were very nice , but are not that similar to the image that I chose from. The image I chose had the flowers in a nice red sculptured box, but the flowers I received came in a normal brown square box that made the overall image of the flowers look cheap. My wife received a much larger bouquet from her workmates that looked as high a quality flower but cost a quite a bit less.

I needed to send my family some flowers just to say hi and hope is all good, i live in the isle of man and i needed them delivering to mainland england straight away, i came across direct2florist chose my flowers and florist and within 4 hrs they were delivered, excellent service and the flowers were lovely, and fresh arranged in a basket, would use them again and recommend them to anyone

Poor service, attempted to order a specific flower arrangement (for milestone birthday celebration), from the website, 1st florist nonoperational, spoke with Direct2florist rep, who provided alternative florist for order; Placed order, received message from ‘Direct2’ stating 2nd florist could not supply requested order; however, was further informed they have sourced a 3rd florist who could supply my choice of flowers and selected arrangement. Flowers received by relative, photo showed completely different arrangement and flower type, very disappointing. I believe Direct2 did not want to lose the order and instructed the florist to send whatever they had in stock. To reiterate, very disappointing, I will not be using Direct2florist again. I will be requesting a refund.

I ordered these flowers late the night before & my parents received their flowers the following morning and are absolutely amazed ???? I ordered the tropical flowers and birds of paradise are my all time favourite. You did a fantastic job, the delivery, the presentation & i certainly got my moneys worth if not more ???????? Easy to order but the chosen florist was unable to fulfil the order, so another was given the order. The flowers were delivered but the recipient was not at home. I was informed they had been delivered but was not told where they had been left. I contacted the team at direct2florist, they contacted the florist and found out what had happened. I would have liked to have been told direct from the florist that no-one was at home and they had been left in a safe place. This is the second time I have had an issue with florists, and while I don’t really blame direct2florist, I think they need to review the florists on their lists.
