Excellent service, Whiston shop was open early so was able to ring for help. Needed some flowers for Mum to be delivered ASAP as her Birthday was the day before but a parcel, from other retailer didn't arrive. I ordered online, & luckily my Mums flowers were delivered around 9.30 am.. Thank you so much.

Ordered flowers twice in February, a birthday and an anniversary, one floral arrangement one boquet. Both were wonderful, flowers from the boquet still going strong. Both delivered on time from our local florists who are consistently good quality and give value for money.

The recipient of these flowers was really pleased with them. She said that she had received a lot of flowers following her bereavement but these were by far the best. They were ordered online just before 2 p.m. and were delivered to her door by 3.30 p.m.

I tried to order the flowers at the weekend but the website would not allow it; however when I tried again on Monday everything went through smoothly. Flowers looked lovely on arrival from the photos I have seen, and the recipient was very pleased with them! The specific reason I marked this as 4* not 5* was due to the flowers being delivered a day earlier than the date I had requested, which meant the flowers arrived two days before the recipients birthday rather than the day prior. I feel for a flower gift, managing delivery timing (and therefor quality expectancy from delivery event onwards) is important; it isn't just the sooner the better. Minor gripe aside, would absolutely purchase again. Great arrangement.

Christmas flowers for auntie and uncle. Easy to order online and I like that the orders go to local florists. I always look at other online florists as the designs are important to me. Two years running I have used direct2florist as the flowers were most appealing to me. Some other sites the flowers were not Christmassy at all. Good shelf life, delivered on the day requested and beautifully presented. My aunts were delighted and well done to the local florist from Whiston. So thank you all round.

Flowers were delivered on time. Arrangement was nothing like I selected and I was very disappointed. I particularly wanted a delicate arrangement, and what I selected had small blooms and was in a low round container with no tissue paper. What was sent was in a square box (can understand other boxes may not be in stock), with lots of tissue paper going up around the flowers (why?), and three large lillie's (definitely not delicate blooms). Why bother having pictures to select from when these aren't used as a guide of what is provided. Very disappointed, especially as I selected the most expensive option for the floral display I selected.

I paid more than £40 and if I lived locally could have picked something just as nice for £20-£25. Bit disappointing really and think I'll be looking at other local florists for future orders. Sorry.

I wanted to send flowers to family in the UK and searched on-line for a florist within their city of Sheffield and nearby their home. Technology is not my strong suit and I became very confused with how to make a selection from all the names and locations of florists listed. Then the name of your site Trustpilot popped up, How could I go wrong ordering through a company with a name like that? The site it took me to offered a great selection of flowers to choose from at affordable prices that included delivery. I am pleased to say that flowers received by our family were lovely, delivered when requested, and I have Trustpilot bookmarked for all future orders.

Great service in terms of delivering the flowers from the time of my order (approximately 2 hours). However, the purchase made was a business purchase and I am still awaiting a receipt/invoice from Whiston Cards, Gifts, Flowers so we account for the expenditure. When I placed my online order (18th June), I called the establishment to explain that I require an invoice but was told that it would be sent to me on Monday 21st June. No invoice arrived on Monday 21st June and I have also tried calling the establishment Tuesday 22nd and today 23rd but the phone rings out with no answer. As a business, we cannot make purchases without an auditable trail of where the money has been sent and this is why we require receipts and/or invoices - this is standard protocol for all businesses surely? Please can you feedback this information and request that an invoice is emailed to us as soon as possible?

The flowers were for a funeral and having left it late placing my order, I was really anxious that they would arrive in time at the funeral directors. I phoned Direct2florist to check. They were very helpful and gave me the name of the local florist who was going to fulfil the order (They also confirmed this via email) I called the florist to check on delivery timing and they too were very friendly and reassuring and also confirmed what the flowers would be like. Another nice touch was that they hand wrote my card rather than it being printed. Direct2florist also emailed me to tell me when the flowers had been delivered. I first used this site to send flowers to my cousin in Canada. I was impressed by how simple it was to navigate the site. My cousin sent a photo of her flowers and they looked really lovely and very fresh. I, last week, sent flowers to my daughter in Yorkshire - they were lovely, too. I've ordered, through this site, flowers to be sent to my Granddaughter for her 18th and am confident that they will be as lovely as the others. I don???t live local to my family and friends and always rely on Whiston cards, gifts and flowers for quality floral gifts whether that is when I am ordering online or popping into the store. The only improvement that could be made is the extra bits that they sell in store could be offered as a complimentary product with the flowers. Ie a Yankee candle or balloons. But other than that the flowers are always perfect, so thank you to the florists and delivery person :)
