Disappointing when compared to my previous experience with Petals Florist. This time there was no photos sent of the arrangement, so I had no idea what it looked like until my partner sent me a picture and the handwriting on the card looked like it had been written by an elementary student, quite sloppy. They were however, very prompt in letting me know about a problem with the delivery address and the flowers were still delivered on time!

Extremely overpriced. The delivery was left at the wrong address. I had told the recipient to leave them at my address. They were left at the wrong address. apparently they were left in the morning whilst I was temporarily out as the delivery was ‘all day’ basis. I did not receive them until 4.45 pm. The delivery was given to my neighbour and told it was for next door but she was directed to the other next door by the delivery driver. The 12 roses are now in our green bin still unopened blooms. They were sent in a red cardboard holder and tied with a black ribbon. The roses were purchased for our Ruby Wedding so we were both disappointed at the outcome at a cost of £68.75. The transaction was acceptable but the outcome was far from that. Very disappointing I’m afraid

Easy to use website. Lots of choice available. The flowers were delivered on time and the person receiving was delighted with them. The only negative was that the flowers were rather expensive. This excludes many people from using this service. It would be better if there were at least some options around £20.

Absolutely beautiful!! I wanted a same day delivery for my best friend who was feeling down. I happened upon direct2florist and found the whole.order.process incredibly easy. As a florist it's always difficult having to have flowers delivered to friends & family across the other side of the country that you can't make yourself! Whilst the choice of flowers was excellent, as was the presentation and delivery, some of the flowers were already in full bloom or wilting. It's clear they aren't going to last. Shame as i've used Petals before and they normally provide first class bouquets.

Ordered flowers for my sister today, online, was able to pay by PayPal so I knew my transaction was secure. The site was easy to navigate and I could see the bouquet I was ordering. The flowers were delivered shortly afterwards and were beautiful. The bouquet was a lot bigger than I had expected but was exactly the same colours as the picture on the website. I would definitely recommend Petals Florist to anyone. And will definitely be using them again
