Great communication, Wendy very kindly agreed to send a different bouquet of flowers to my mum when direct 2 florist hadn't captured all the delivery costs and it would have pushed the cost up quite a bit. The flowers my mum received were beautiful really fresh and looked lovely, really cheered my mum up. Would def use again
