Ordered the flowers long distance. Easy to order online and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. The flowers were delivered on time for a special event. I was told the flower were "lovely" by the recipient although I did not see them personally. It would have been nice to have a photo of them sent via email. Other florists do this which is a touch.

Service was great. Very easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. The reason for the 4 stars is - I did find the flowers that were on the website were bright and cheery.. but I found the flowers, when they came, not so bright but more greenery/greens then flowers.. there was only two sunflowers in the bunch and then the rest was green/greenery… what I’m trying to say, is I don’t feel the price I paid was reflected in the flowers. The bag they came in also was leaking and very wet and soggy…

Flowers were beautiful however they turned up a week early. I order them for my mums birthday the 9th of February and they turned up yesterday 1st of February I was a little disappointed in this I checked my original email confirmation and it clearly states 9th of February as the delivery date.
