I think flowers are ridiculously overpriced everywhere and I had to pay an extra delivery charge as the recipient lives outside the florists locality. That said this was a special occasion and I have to say that when the recipient sent me a photo the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, far more impressive than the photo on the website. It looked like a labour of love by a talented artist. I guess that's what we pay for and it was worth it. It was delivered in time. I will use this florist again.
