Ordered flowers on the Sunday night and they were delivered before noon on the Monday. The flowers selected and the colours were superb and they were super fresh. My friends were delighted with them. Would highly recommend the Flower Pot

Would highly recommend the Flower Pot in Renfrew. Ordered the bouquet on the Friday evening and it was delivered to my niece on the Saturday morning before lunch. Bouquet was absolutely stunning. Lots of beautiful colours and fantastic display. My niece was thrilled. Also excellent value for money

Ordered two bouquets for my niece and her friend to congratulate them on obtaining University degrees. Wanted to support local businesses so selected the Flower Pot as they offered a great selection at reasonable prices. The bouquets were delivered this morning (9th May) and the girls were thrilled. The bouquets had a plentiful amount of flowers and were beautifully presented. Absolutely gorgeous. Would have no hesitation using their services again and would also highly recommend

The flowers were a lovely display in a basket and delivery was excellent. One tiny thing, I put an emoji at the end of the greeting and it was written as a question mark. I would use again and recommend.

I was looking for flowers to be delivered quickly and with a personal touch given that the flowers weren’t for the happiest of occasions. I liked the fact that I could choose from a selection of florists within the postcode I’d given and I was also impressed with the range of bouquets available. My delivery was on time and the recipient pleased too. I’d definitely use this service again.

The flowers for a bereaved friend, were delivered on time and were beautiful. My friend was very pleased with them despite the occasion not being the happiest. I???d certainly use the Flower Pot again as I thought they had a very good selection and they are local to the area I would be likely to be sending flowers in the future.

The online site was very easy to use. I bought flowers from 'The Flower Pot' in Renfrew. They were very helpful, friendly and understanding of my needs and they also had the flowers delivered for lunchtime the next day. The receipiant told me that the sympathy bouquet they received was lovely. The quality of service and the customer service from The Flower Pot was excellent. I thoroughly recommend them

Louise from ???The Flowerpot??? in Renfrew was so lovely. I had given her the wrong number in the address and she phoned to check with me. She was so pleasant and said it was not a problem. Not only that, my niece said the basket of flowers were beautiful and they were delivered within a few hours of my ordering them. That was so important to me. Thank you very much Louise!

Karen at the Flower Pot deserves 5 stars for fantastic customer service as well as her beautiful floral displays. My friend received a gorgeous retiral basket but unfortunately it was slightly earlier in being delivered. This was immediately rectified by another beautiful basket delivered totally free of charge today on the correct date. I am delighted as is my friend who is surrounded by flowers today after 42 years nursing working for the NHS. Flowers were beautiful and delivered early next morning through a local florist...compare this to Moonpig where the order was placed a week before, they arrived a day late through a courier and half were wilted and dying already. So 5 stars to Direct2florist !

Once being advised by my sister that her flowers had been delivered to the wrong address, I cannot fault the prompt and gracious customer service which myself and my sister received. My sister was delivered replacement flowers by the Flower Pot, even down to the same driver personally making this delivery to my sister. Louise, the driver also spoke to my sister apologising for the mistake. Apparently this happens more than I was aware of. This replacement delivery was turned around the day following a public holiday as well. Being in a customer service role myself, the way in which Karen & her team corrected a mistake shows how customer focussed they are. I shall certainly be using them in the future and being on the other side of the world, reassures me that they have 'done the right thing' and why I have now adjusted my initial review to 5 stars. I could not have wished for a better outcome. Christmas family flowers have been delivered to the wrong address, order 1874987. They went to 28 Brownside Avenue instead of to the right address of 28 Brownside Drive. As I live in Perth, Western Australia, I am not able to fix this up myself and no flowers were delivered for Xmas as I had wanted to happen. I have emailed and hope that tis mistake can be corrected albeit after Xmas.
