Easy order process, fantastic range to choose from, clear information about which florist would be filling my order. There was a severe weather warning for chosen delivery date and I received great communication about this and delivery was made the following day. Recipient loved flowers delivered.

I ordered flowers on the evening of 06 Sept for my mum's 50th wedding anniversary on 07 Sept. I hadn't heard anything from my mum and knew the shop was closing at 1.00pm. I phoned the florist just before 1.00pm but got no answer. The person I spoke to at Direct2florist was very helpful and gave me a mobile number for florist. I managed to speak to florist who was only 10mins away from delivering the flowers, which put my mind at ease. I can't thank Direct2flowers enough as well as the florist we chose for their friendly, helpful and polite response. The flowers were beautiful, my parents were delighted and the flowers are still going strong. I highly recommend Direct2florist, they are my go to company for ordering flowers and have never had a problem with them or chosen florists. The flowers are always fresh and last longer than we expect. Thank you for the professional and friendly business you are.

Beautiful flowers as expected from this florist. My mum and dad were as delighted as me when they saw the flowers. They were for a 50th wedding anniversary and couldn't have been any better. It's always a delight to deal with this company. Thank you to the ladies who spoke to me on mobile. You were very helpful and were as good as your word re delivery. I can't praise you or this florist enough.

I am Thrilled beyond words at the absolutely gorgeous spray of flowers Petals made for me. I simply suggested a color that my dad liked, petals went above and beyond at arranging and delivering the most stunning beautiful arrangement of flowers I have ever seen for such a sad occasion . I ordered them from Florida not knowing this florist , I will most definitely be using Petals again. Another excellent experience with Direct2flowers. Ordered at very last minute and the shop I use was closed on a Saturday. Got quick phone call from Direct2flowers informing me of this. I wasn't in a hurry and let them know Monday would be okay for delivery. This was passed on to the florist. My friend was absolutely delighted with the flowers and on seeing photographs I was not disappointed. I have used the same florist on many occassions and always get a 5-star service. Thanks to Direct2flowers for the very friendly, polite and efficient service they provide.

My daughter and son in law were delighted to receive the beautiful floral display for their 20th wedding anniversary. She sent me photographs and they were amazing.
