I have used this service a number of times and have always found the flowers delivered to be of very high quality and beautifully arranged. On the last occasion, there was a hiccup with the date of delivery. My complaint was handled exceptionally well and promptly. I would very happily use this service again.

Sent flowers in container for my Aunts Birthday (she also hadn't been well so thought she needed something to brighten her day) They arrived later in the day - I'd already sung to her! She was over joyed when they arrived some in flower, some in bloom, some she knew, some unknown and they were in a basket "loads of them". A very positive reaction. We were last minute customers and couldn't find a florist to help us with an order from the U.S to the UK, but this wonderful company not only took the order, but promised to find a florist who would deliver. The florist I used in Glasgow, Enid Reid, was excellent, from the arrangement itself to the service. They sent me an email of the arrangement before it left the shop, the flowers were delivered on a timely basis, and the recipient said the flowers were beautiful, possibly the best flowers she had ever received. The process through direct2florist was easy and seamless. I will securely use this site and florist again.

Excellent service, I ordered mid day on the 13th feb, the day before valentines day. Expecting this to be a busy day for florists and me leaving things last minute to hinder whats available. I saw an amazing bouquet on the site. reasonably priced and with a few options, i went for it. The bouquet that arrived was better than any of my expectations and my partner loved it. I had to call the florist to ask about delivery. I had been at work most of the day and my partner hadn't mentioned the flowers. So worrying, i called to inquire, they where extremely helpful and polite and helped me get to the bottom of it. My partners daughter had took the flowers in and stashed them from her mother assuming I'd want to give them to her mum myself. And i did take great joy in handing over the fantastic bouquet myself. Will certainly be ordering from here again.

Due to the Covid restrictions, for the first time in her life, I wasn't able to be with my daughter on her birthday. Having upped the payment beyond large to ensure a bountiful 'new stunning hand tie' to be presented at a conference we had no choice but to not do so. I order from Canada and Enid sends flowers to my relatives in Glasgow, Scotland. With the time difference, I'm usually ordering in the early hours but still Enid manages to get them there that day!
