Florist contacted me by phone as the specific flowers I'd ordered were not available due to delays still with shipping from Holland. I was more than happy to allow the florist to provide alternatives for the basket. My niece sent me a photo of them - they were absolutely beautiful and my niece was delighted. I was pretty last minute trying to get mothers day flowers. I was sent an email saying the local shop would be shut until the Tuesday, so I had resigned myself to the flowers not being delivered until the Tuesday. I was late ordering the flowers for Xmas. The earliest confirmed delivery date was advised (4 Jan) I ordered any way and just requested to deliver flowers as soon as possible. They were delivered Christmas Eve. .... Perfect !!! I spoke with the recipient on Christmas Day and she was overwhelmed with the quality, freshness and size of the presentation. Great service!! Absolutely first class service. The lady from shop called me to say the flowers I had ordered weren't in store or not enough due to covid restrictions on deliveries. She talked through the options that I could have and Absolutely delivered more than I expected. The flowers were huge and absolutely stunning. My friend sent me a picture of them when they got delivered and she was delighted to receive them for her birthday. Thank you for the amazing service. Definitely highly recommend.

The florist contacted me by telephone to confirm that I was happy with replacing a flower with another due to a short supply. Excellent service and would recommend. Fantastic service. Not used before, so was bit worried how the flowers would look and if value for money. I needn't have worried, my sister is over the moon with them and said they are beautiful. Ordered and delivered same day and good price for same day delivery. I would recommend and will use again. Thank you. 6* service. Bowl with flowers they know my wife enjoys - it was our 52nd anniversary. The owner, Catherine, delivered the flowers personally in the morning at a time which fitted in between her carers visits. She does this for birthdays and anniversaries for us and I would not dream of using anyone else. You could not do better than use them.

The flowers were beautiful. The florist was kind enough to send me a photo and I asked if she was able to add some Canadian maple leaves to the arrangement as the bouquet was for our friend in Scotland, from us here in Canada which was done beautifully. Excellent communication from direct2 florist when our chosen florist was no longer open. Funeral flowers delivered the morning of the funeral as requested which was no mean feat on Valentines Day.Think lesser price blooms were used, but the arrangement was very nice for the price
