Excellent customer service from The Glen Florist as usual. The recipient was so pleased with her birthday flowers I sent from my home here in Portugal. I received a phone call from her to say the floral arrangement was beautifully presented. I always use The Glen Florist for my flower delivery whenever I need to send flowers. Went through a 3rd party to order a funeral spray can only say we were overwhelmed by the quality of the flowers used and the design 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation for this florist would not hesitate to recommend/use again

My aunt received the flowers on time for her 85th birthday and was delighted with them. She lives in a tower block and when the driver arrived to deliver the flowers there was a power outage in the building so the driver had to walk up ten floors to make the delivery. He was not unsurprisingly out of breath when he got to the front door but completed your excellent service by delivering on time. Thanks!

The website of Wild Glen Florist, Glenrothes, was clear and easy to use and the bouquets shown were all very attractive and reasonably priced. The bouquet I chose was delivered the following working day and was exactly as shown. It brightened the day for a friend following an operation so I was very pleased.

This is the second time I???ve used this florist and and although I haven???t seen the flowers myself I have been assured by my family members who have received them that they have been beautiful. Flowers were lovely and were delivered on time, but spelled my name wrong on the card and arrived in a hessian covered pot, not a tea cup as advertised. It did say the design may vary, but the arrangement was called ‘Time for Tea’ so the pot design was of why I chose it. Would go into the shop in future rather than order online.

I don't often buy flowers, but when I do, it HAS got to be Wild Glen Florist, Glenrothes. I ordered the Vintage Bouquet in a vase and YET AGAIN an OUTSTANDING selection. The vase supplied is certainly HEFTY. Would not go anywhere else for my floral needs.

I placed four separate online orders for flowers to be delivered to family in Kirkcaldy, Fife late in the day December, 20th and to my pleasant surprise all four deliveries were made the next day, great service given the Christmas period is extremely busy for all. All four recipients totally loved the flowers they received and I'm so grateful to direct2florist and The Wild Glen Florist for making this happen I'm out here in Toronto but I'll certainly be using the services provided the next time I have to send flowers. The flowers were lovely but the chocolates that were part of the order were not delivered. However when I emailed Wendy she got onto this and contacted the florist straight away. I am waiting to hear that the chocolates have now been delivered. If the florist had delivered the order correctly I would be giving Direct2Florist five starts, based on how Wendy communicated throughout our interactions and her proactively when part of the order was not delivered.

Excellent website, was a bit worried as I hadn’t used before and due to the current world situation needed to order last minute Mother’s Day flowers and they arrived when said and were beautiful! Basically you tell where you live and then send you to a flower shops near by! Brilliant idea would definitely do again!

I was really amazed with the service by direct2florist I ordered the flowers for my Fiancee the day before valentines, fully not expecting them to come, there was a little hickup when i called the next day to check with florist and they could not do it and explained it was not direct 2 florist fault due to computer errors, however when i called i got through quickly and they had already got another florist and they got delivered that day by 6pm, I was over the moon and cant thank them enough for pulling out the stops. very grateful
