The company involved in actually making the bouquet did a wonderful job, apparently, I didn’t see the flowers but they were given very good reviews. The only issue I had was the actual ordering process. I spent ages completing the order form and right at the end I got a message saying that the delivery address was out with the area serviced by them. I had to go to another shop and go through the form all over again. Can you believe how frustrated I was when the same message appeared. I was ready for passing on the flowers when another message appeared informing me that for £3.00 they would deliver to the address. I immediately agreed! Why could the first shop not have done that? The areas covered should be made known before the agony of completing the order form is endured.

Absolutely a fantastic service. Ordered evening before a wreath for funeral. Phone call in the morning to follow up. They delivered it to the undertaker in plenty time for to go in with my mum on her journey to the crematorium. Beautiful flowers and very reasonably priced. The lovely staff send me pictures in advance of the flowers being delivered, and personalise where ever they can, for instance for my parents emerald anniversary, they arranged greens and whites, and the finished item was top quality and so special. An easy way to order flowers and very happy with the arrangement received (although it was slightly different to the design chosen). Being given a time slot for delivery would have been beneficial as it was late afternoon before they arrived and I???d waited in all day. For us it was very handy to order this basket with Ferguson. We live in Holland and our son and his family lives in Crossford. They were married for 19 years. Have been buying from Ferguson’s for years now. I find them to be friendly and extremely helpful. Although I live in London it is so easy to order your flowers either by telephone or online they are just a great service. I also order my Xmas wreath every year from them too.

Not what i ordered or expected.Unfortunately the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture that i ordered from. I understand that due to seasons etc they won't always be a match but the display looked very poor and sparse. The 1st pic is what i ordered and the 2nd is what was received. They were delivered on time though. Definitely won't use them again.
