Last year they delivered the flowers on 15th in the afternoon and this year they delivered around 2100 in the evening so not great I won’t be using them again my partner wasn’t impressed with me

Easy to order online. Flowers delivered unbelievably quick and recipient delighted to receive them. Was surprised to receive a photo of the flowers that were sent but it was a great idea as I could see exactly what our friend received. I did not hear the delivery driver at the door but saw the van and was able to speak to the driver who had left the delivery in a safe place. I thought it was good of her to get out of the van to confirm I had got the flowers. Many drivers would have just driven off.

Was very disappointed after ordering a bunch of flowers and box of chocolates, my partner only received the flowers on Valentine’s Day . I had to call and remind them the chocolates weren’t delivered. By the time she received the chocolates the surprise was gone.

The flowers are beautiful. Mum loves them and the fact that she can carry them easily in the basket. They arrived on the correct day, but the note said to give her time to get to the door and they were left on the doorstep. I realize it was Mother's Day weekend and you were probably super busy, but if she hadn't gone to get her newspaper from the front door, I'm not sure how long they would have sat there. That's the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. We love Flowerscene and are usually completely happy with their service!!
