This online service was really easy to use. Local florists are selected and you simply place your order. I chose to pick up my flowers but delivery can be picked if required. The quality of the flowers was outstanding, everyone that visited the house were really impressed.

The rating would have been 5 * BUT they rang on the day i ordered & said they would change the delivery from the saturday to the morning of the funeral. Sadly they did not do that. The flowers arrived but it was disappointing they didnt carry out their offer as promised. Otherwise everything was excellent

I’ve used this service several times and previously have been satisfied with the overall experience.
The Valentine’s Day arrangement for my wife was delivered on time. However, the flowers delivered were very poor and my wife and I are very disappointed with the general appearance and quality of the flower arrangement. Mostly in the past I have ordered earlier and had flowers from local florists in Darlington, this time was different and highly disappointing. I would not use this florist again. I could have had a much better arrangement from the local Morrison’s for a much cheaper price.

Ordered for a friend who had moved away to an area of the country I didn't know. Good links to local florists. Delivered on time and florist paid attention to info in the special instructions box on the order form - pastel colours with some scent. Looked like good vfm from the piccy she sent me and so much better than flowers arriving in a plain box like M&S do.

I ordered the arrangement for the 13th February and then discovered my friend would not be at home so contacted the florist who was more than happy to change the date of delivery.
What absolutely beautiful flowers and it was so good being sent a picture of the arrangement before they were sent out.
My friend loved the arrangement and said 'They are the best flowers she had ever received'
Would definitely recommend.

Last year they delivered the flowers on 15th in the afternoon and this year they delivered around 2100 in the evening so not great I won’t be using them again my partner wasn’t impressed with me
