Flowers were delivered on time..Niiece said they were lovely.
I placed an order for Mother’s Day over a week in advance. Chose the postcode and 1 florist came up to pick from. Selected my desired flower, paid EXTRA for delivery as the postcode was slightly out of their area (in the same town just on the outskirts). A day or 2 later I receive an email explaining that the local florist is unable to fulfil my order due to not covering the area (why say you do then) and offered me a completely different bouquet that I’ll need to arrange myself as it’ll arrive in the post (I dread to see the condition they arrive in) and instead of being delivered on mothering Sunday, they’ll be delivered on the Friday despite paying extra for special delivery. They have said that I can decline which I have done but I am still waiting on a reply and my refund. Very disappointed as I now have to find an alternative I can rely on.

The flowers that were delivered were absolutely stunning, and the recipients loved them. The florist was extremely accommodating with the delivery time and was very punctual with the timings we had agreed. Will definitely use them again.

I thought the hatbox bouquet was poor value for money. I have had bouquets from this supplier previously and been entirely satisfied with the reasonable cost and quality of the flowers. This time the hatbox was expenive for what it was
