I have ordered flowers for my son for his girlfriend. Found the price quite expensive, but...they confirmed next day delivery. I have received a confirmation email. All good. Son was very happy , that it will be delivered on time on his girlfriend's birthday. At 3.30 they called me that they not gona deliver, that they can delivery 2 days later. I was shocked, couldn't believe it. Could have been told in the morning could have called local flower shops , but at 3.30. No hope. Very disappointed and the woman who called didn't really had much empathy either , just you will get refund within 5-7 days. I will never order from this company again.

+ The platform is super useful for it's purposes.
+ Flowers were delivered with perfect timing, as kindly asked.
+/- Flowers were fresh enough, but with some tiny oxidation spots, not a big issue overall.
- The message was badly looking, it was written with very basic fonts and spaces were not respected.
Besides, the message was literally print on a white slip of paper and glued on a pink greeting card.
Overall, it honestly looked quite poorly made and ugly if compared to the bouquet.
That's a shame.
+/- Even though being pretty, but simple and quite small, the bouquet was overall quite pricey in my opinion (39.50£ + 5£ delivery), especially due to the poorly made message card, which subdued the whole thing.

The fact that the florist phoned me to say that they hadn't got the exact requirement I had ordered, but could do a different display at the same cost. Also let me know the the date they were able to deliver.

I'm incredibly pleased with the delivery to our daughter. We live in France and could not be with her on her birthday and very much appreciated your delivering to her before she went off for a spa day which we had arranged for her. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and she enjoyed the chocolates very much - despite them having the display price ticket on them!!! Thank you, we will use you again x

The company involved in actually making the bouquet did a wonderful job, apparently, I didn’t see the flowers but they were given very good reviews.
The only issue I had was the actual ordering process. I spent ages completing the order form and right at the end I got a message saying that the delivery address was out with the area serviced by them. I had to go to another shop and go through the form all over again. Can you believe how frustrated I was when the same message appeared. I was ready for passing on the flowers when another message appeared informing me that for £3.00 they would deliver to the address. I immediately agreed! Why could the first shop not have done that? The areas covered should be made known before the agony of completing the order form is endured.
