It was a safe, easy & affordable process to send flowers to a funeral in England from Australia. Limited arrangement options on the site but I added notes to get the desired effect. The local florist did an amazing job especially delivering everything on time & to two different locations. I was able to use PayPal so safe transaction. I would have liked an extra field for the recipient - difficult when the person is deceased but I used notes to explain.

The recipient was delighted with the bouquet and quality of the flowers. Although the web site said they would be able to deliver on Dec 27 the florist contacted me directly within the hour saying they would be closed offering either a refund or Xmas eve delivery. Opted for delivery and recipient appreciated the flowers over Christmas and her birthday.
