Florist did not deliver on accepted date. No response from email to direct2florist. Contact number for florist went to VM. Eventually spoke to florist next morning and arranged alternative delivery slot which was also missed. Flowers when arrived looked like small bunch not as medium. Unprofessional service and essentially a profiteering exercise over all.

Amazing flowers and great customer service, couldn’t deliver on the day I ordered to originally due to distance but made the effort to deliver them on the next best day and at the time my mum was home which was fairly late in the evening. My mum was very happy!
