Hilltop florist, went above and beyond. My sister-in-law was still in hospital when the flowers were delivered. So they took them back and redelivered them when she came home, so that they were fresh and she could appreciate them more. They delivered them on Christmas Day. I can not thank them enough.

Was recommended by a friend who had used them twice for funeral flowers. Impressed with the bouquet and quality, but as the purchaser I was very impressed with an email confirming dispatch of the order with a photograph of the bouquet. I have never received a photo before unless a recipient has sent one to me. This was great! Will be recommending to family and friends. Recipient highly delighted; the delivery was requested for the morning and the delivery person called early and explained they thought the recipient may have been going out to celebrate their particular day and he didn't want them to miss the receipt of them. I've used Hilltop Florist several times, and never been disappointed. This time they definitely went above and beyond. I ordered funeral flowers to be delivered care of my cousin, as I didn't know the name of the funeral home. Hilltop Florist called my cousin and re-routed the flowers to the funeral home. I have been using them now for a number of years as, being based overseas, I rely on them for flowers for my Nan. I placed an internet order on Sunday (when the florist was closed) for delivery anytime Monday. Not only did I get an email back from the florist from their iphone, within 2 hours, confirming the order, but they also said they would deliver by 10am Monday. Flowers arrived shortly after 9am.
