The Flowers looked spectacular, so fresh and an unusual design, my parents were thrilled, the arrangement really cheered them up. I was a bit apprehensive, as I am still getting used to online shopping, and I am still of the opinion that I prefer physically going into a shop to choose something. Especially if it is a gift. Anyway, I gave this a go. I found that the selection of Bouquets available online was good. Once I had picked what I wanted, all I had to do was fill in the form giving details of where I wanted the flowers delivering to and when. The flowers arrived, on time and in excellent condition. The flowers were great, thank you. There was a mix-up and initially the flowers were delivered too early but they were taken away without any problem and then delivered on the correct day. This was due to me being confused on the web site and maybe this should be looked into. I was able to both set a delivery date and also tick a box which said "florist to deliver flowers as soon as possible". I don't think the site should have allowed me to opt for both of these options? It was confusing because I thought the "deliver asap" option was referring to if the flowers were delayed and couldn't be delivered on my delivery date due to supply problems in the current crisis.

I was drawn to The Flower Shop Beeston’s website; it was very easy to use and the reviews were very good. My mum was very happy with her flowers on Mother’s Day; they were well arranged, the presentation was perfect and the flowers were so beautiful and healthy. My parents also commented on the customer service and that my dad was contacted (number provided upon buying the item) to let him know when the flowers would be arriving. I’d also found that I’d put the wrong address for delivery but when I rang up they were so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping to make mother’s day special. I will definitely be using you again.

Sadly on this occasion Mums flowers were a huge disappointment. The arrangement was nothing like the chosen " Dawn ". I know flower colours are not guaranteed, but was not expecting a totally white colour. Had I wanted all white then would have chosen different arrangement.On this occasion they were way off the mark. The flower quality was poor and two of the roses were already brown around the edges. Certainly not worth £40 for the deluxe version. Such a shame.
