I can't praise enough the service I had when ordering a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughters home for her 50th birthday. I have dementia and it slipped my mind to order the flowers the day before her birthday, however I phoned on the day of her birthday, to ask if it was possible to deliver flowers that morning & the assistant said "that although they could not guarantee delivery that morning, only sometime that day, but would see what they could do. One hour later my daughter phoned to say she had just received the bouquet & how beautiful it was. Thank you so much for your service.

As above - we used Flower Cabin for our wedding 16 years ago, we’ve used hen for Christenings, 4 funerals, valentines etc. I can assure you we will never use them again.! It is unforgivable to not be able to deliver someone’s flowers on the day stated. You cannot begin to imagine how upsetting this was for my mother after my father and brother died last year. She felt so alone and we were abroad so assumed they had arrived.
