The flowers are stunning & arranged beautifully. The florist called me direct to notify me of a delay with the order which was beyond her control, which I really appreciated & the flowers were delivered on time per the new arrangement. Great service and top quality product.

Had a basket of flowers delivered for Mother???s Day and they were delivered on the actual day even though it was a Sunday and the quality and quantity were both outstanding..she was delighted with them and using the direct2florist.com service meant that a local shop was able to benefit from the business. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday 3days in advance it came to 12 00 and they had not arrived so I rang the florist which is not far from our house, I asked if they would be with us by 1.30 as we were going out for a birthday lunch at 2.00, I was told yes they would be with us by then, for definate but they didn't arrive so on the way out for lunch I called in the florist to ask if I could have them, the florist was stressed out to point of nearly crying? She said her flower delivery was late that morning and she had had a funeral to sort out, I told her the suprise birthday flower delivery was now ruined as my wife was in the car with me on the way out for her birthday lunch the florist then asked when I would be back at the house, I said around 4.00, she said she would have them delivered at 4.00 so they were there when we returned, we got home shortly after 4.00 but still no flowers, I had asked if we were not back by 4.00 for the flowers to be left on the doorstep thiswas knocked back by the florist saying she wanted to deliver in person, so I went back to the florist shop and it was closed, but when I got back to the house about 5.00 the flowers were left on the doorstep? I am totally dissapointed with the service, why would anyone want their birthday flowers delivered at that time of day, I think your service is awful and I won't be using it again, what a way for my wife's birthday to end up chasing a flower delivery, although I have to say the flowers were beautiful and we got a complimentary bow and hat box, I won't be recommending this service to anyone in fact I would advise not using it.
