The direct2florist website appears to have a glitch that resulted in the earlier than wanted delivery of the flowers. However, Debbies flowers turned it around with truly amazing customer service. Thank you so much Debbies flowers. My wife was very happy and appreciative of your efforts, and the flowers, as am I.

I ordered the night before I wanted them delivered, they called me in the morning to say the option I chose wasn’t available - I said can you just give me something of equal worth thats predominantly yellow and they delivered the most beautiful bouquet I could have asked for! They also customised the card exactly how I asked.

When I ordered flowers from Debbie's Flowers to lay in the place of my Nephew's ashes. They were very helpful in giving me advice, with the ashes been near a tree they mentioned that the hat box would break up and look a bit unsightly, so another way was suggested, which worked well. The flowers were beautifully put together in a very artistic way. Would definitely recommend. The florist brought the flowers on the day I requested along with the message card I had wrote. I paid for the flowers through the Direct2Florist.co.uk Paypal and received email confirmation of my order. Very pleased with the customer service!

Would recommend Debbies Flowers, York. A lovely bunch of flowers arrived, as detailed on their website, this was for friends at a time when they needed to know their friends were thinking of them. Easy to order, delivered timely and lovely flowers which had some open and some to still to open which would have meant the bunch latest longer, which was brilliant. Also nice to support local florists.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I needed the flowers to arrive on a specific day; as I had purchased the flowers in remembrance of my wonder Nephew who we will be laying flower at the place his ashes were scattered. Because I had ordered the flowers with a hat box; it was suggested that I have a different kind of arrangement; as the hatbox would have broken up when placed near a tree outside. So I am glad they took the time to discuss this with me. So they managed to put the flowers in a much better way. Which I appreciated. The flowers were very creatively and looked absolutely beautiful. 5 stars all round to all the staff of Debbies Flowers! Would highly recommend! :)

I ordered the “florist choice” bunch and I am so glad I did My partner was overjoyed by the selection. Not only was it visually appealing and with a range of blooms, it was scented wonderfully. True artistry at play, and I cannot commend highly enough. Quality throughout, not just the flowers, but the arrangement, the delivery and the longevity of the blooms Totally recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else. For completion, the web site was easy to use, the price was perfect and the whole process was flawless.

I ordered same day delivery which I was very pleased with as they were delivered on time and communication was good. <br /> However the roses that were included only lasted 3 days although My daughter we made sure that they weee trimmed and watered immediately. I was disappointed as the flowers were not cheap.

Didn’t deliver on the day request, although they rang to ask if it was ok to deliver a after the bank holiday, but the got a text to say they’d been delivered, but they hadn’t. Then on the day they said they deliver them, no flowers, I was away so I had to as my wife, which totally spoilt the surprise. The lady from the shop called me the following day to apologise, & said she’d make an extra special bunch, however the flowers that did arrive were not fresh as the leaves were going brown.so overall very disappointed & I will not use them again.

Although the flowers were very nice and arranged well the bouquet was very small and contained lots of carnations, I could have bought most of the flowers in the bunch at a supermarket but would have got a lot more flowers!<br />My mum was happy with them that's the main thing ????‍♂️

Debbie was tremendous. After I had placed an order, Debbie kindly called me to verify my choice. On her advice I managed to change my order and she also agreed to delivering the flowers a day earlier than I had originally asked for (because I placed the order quite late in the day). She was lovely and friendly and my daughter (the recipient of the flowers) was overjoyed. Thank you Debbie. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Absolutely first class!
