I was after a flower arrangement for a relative who is now in a care home so ordered online from a local florist that I knew the relative would remember, they arrived nice and early and my relative and the home said how lovely the arrangement was - would highly recommend for beautiful flower arrangements that are delivered and in this case brightened someones day.

Beautiful flowers delivered within two hours of ordering. The recipient was delighted with the bouquet. She sent a photograph for us to see it too (it looked fabulous). Couldn???t be happier with the service received. Would recommend Louise Florist without hesitation.

I can't rate the flowers you delivered to Mrs Gladys Winship from myself after your email to advise they were delivered on the 18 Oct I usually get a photo sent to thank me and to let me know what flowers were delivered. but the lady in question hasn't acknowledged she received them. I use direct2florist for all my overseas flower deliveries so I am sure they would have been the usual excellent standard. Thanking you Maureen Thompson.

The flowers i ordered were not delivered to the recipient for whatever reason but were delivered to me instead. I delivered these myself. I complained and my complaint was speedily dealt with. I received chocolates and more flowers were delivwred to correct person, which I didn't expect. I will certainly use Prestige Flowers again

Living in Canada, I want to know that my family will receive quality flowers when the moment requires. I sent my Mum an Easter bouquet that was "Florist's Choice" and she told me today it was possibly the loveliest bouquet she's ever received!
