Absolutely unreal flowers and a perfect service as always, this florist really does not fail to impress. Always polite and easy to work deal with and go over and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Have used butterflies for years. What really impresses me is the same day order and delivery if you are local. So fast and perfect if you randomly need to send a little cheer up bunches of beautiful flowers last minute. Beautiful as always thank you :)

My wife says the flowers are stunning and look even better now a week later, They were perfectly presented delivered on short notice without fuss and are still taking centre stage in our living room. I had to order funeral flowers for my husbands cousin, and because of where they live I was having great difficulty until I tried this company! Amazing service. Within 10 minutes of me putting the order in they called and said they didn't have the correct flowers for today, asked if they could change them or deliver the ones I chose the next day. I chose just to have a different bouquet. Within an hour the flowers were delivered to my sister who had just got out of hospital. The flowers looked great and my sister was over the moon. Flowers did not look like much when they arrived. Flowers in online photo were soft muted whites and nude pinks and in person flowers were bright orange and yellow. The were much more roses in the online version, despite paying for the highest tier option. Flowers didn't look arranged, just shoved in box. Overall, not great.

Butterflies florist was great! I made an urgent delivery order with them on the day of Valentines Day at 1Am, flowers and a Teddy, which usually needs 24hours notice. I followed up with an e-mail asking if my late order would be delivered on Valentines Day, to which I expected perhaps a "Sorry, due to short notice we can't deliver". To my pleasant surprise they e-mailed me back with "Don't worry, it's sorted". I can highly recommend them as they were very helpful. They delivered on short notice even when I didn't expect them too. They answered my e-mail and more importantly they helped me make my girlfriend very happy! 5stars! - Ray -

I placed my order and asked for AM delivery. I understand this can't always be stuck to due to other matters but when you ask for a certain time they is normally a reason why. I.e. The person you want to receive the flowers will only be around for that time. In may case the flowers were delivered on the PM and the person we wanted to receive them has gone home. A phone call to let me know that they would not be able to keep to that time scale would of helped but when I rang up the customer service was I have to say not helped. She couldn't of cared less about the issue. Also my friend by conscience went in the shop the day before for funeral flowers and didn't place an order! I rate good as the flowers were just good.

I cant praise Butterflies enough for their creative and very reasonably priced arrangements. I used them last year and that arrangement was exceptional too.
