Unfortunately, I had to complain about the bouquet I received, due to it not resembling the bunch I paid for. I sent direct flowers an email and by the next day, I had a reply. They were more than helpful and arranged a full investigation, which resulted in a refund and a fresh bouquet arranged and sent out. I’ve never been a person to complain and doing it made me feel horrible, however what I received wasn’t reflected in the price. They made every moment easy and helped out so professionally and quickly. Although this occurred, I will be purchasing from their company again. I ordered and received same day delivery as well! Thank you so much for all your help, and in particular to Zoe. Great customer service!! 5 star
