I'll be honest I was nervous because I wanted them delivered to The Premier Inn on NYE for a couples anniversary before we arrived. I put all the instructions with my order online. And I can honestly say they went above and beyond. When our friends got to their room they was over the moon to find this beautiful bouquet sat waiting for them, the flowers looked and smelt amazing. I even received an email to tell me the flowers had been delivered. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

The Florist went out of her way to deliver two vases of flowers to my Aunt's neighbours one whose house number I knew and one I didnt. I live in Australia so having a reliable florist is very important. One of the neighbours had gone on a weeks holiday and she advised that she would make a new arrangement and deliver when they returned and sell the one she had made. How wonderful is that! I will DEFINITELY be using this Florist again

It is always a bit worrying when ordering flowers on line and be left wondering whether your order will live up to your expectations and cost. Especially when you live a couple of hundred miles away from the shop. I was therefore incredibly impressed when Petals included a photo of the arrangement they had delivered when they sent me there deliverey notification. It is a wonderful touch and other florists should do the same. My five stars are well deserved and I know who to use should I need flowers in your area again.

Florist ran up saying it would be better to delay delivery a day as she got fresh flowers in then. She didn???t need to do that so I was impressed. Flowers were delivered the day after which my mother-in-law loved. I got an email with photo of the flowers from florist too. Great service & would definitely recommend
